- You must be located in a U.S. state where our services are available.

Services
Get Pep’d connects you with licensed healthcare providers who may prescribe medications through a telehealth consultation. Our platform facilitates the process but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Get Pep’d is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or dispense medication. Clinical services, including consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care, are provided by independently licensed providers on the MyOrbit Health platform. Get Pep’d facilitates access to these services but does not employ, supervise, or control the medical providers. Your provider-patient relationship is between you and your treating provider.
- Whether a prescription is issued is the sole decision of an independent licensed provider based on their clinical judgment. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee a prescription.
- Telehealth services are not a substitute for in-person medical care or emergency services.
- All treatments, products, and services are intended for patients located in U.S. states where our partner providers and pharmacies are licensed to operate.
- Approved prescriptions may be filled by licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you; see our Compounded Medication Consent and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when completing assessments or placing orders.
- You agree not to misrepresent your identity or medical history, and not to use the services on behalf of another person without proper authorization.
